Organize PDF pages

Updated Files never leave your device

See every page as a thumbnail and fix the whole document in one place: drag pages into order, rotate sideways scans, delete or duplicate pages, add blank pages and bring in pages from other PDFs.

How to organize PDF pages

  1. Choose a PDF — every page appears as a thumbnail.
  2. Drag pages to reorder them (on a phone, drag the ⠿ grip). Use the buttons under each page to rotate, duplicate, insert a blank page after it, or delete it.
  3. Click Add PDF to append another file's pages, then move them wherever you like.
  4. Click Save PDF. Made a mistake? Undo steps back.

Lossless, unlike print-to-PDF

Pages are copied exactly as they are — text stays selectable, links and images keep their quality, and nothing is re-compressed. Rotation is stored as the page's /Rotate setting, so it's permanent and opens correctly everywhere.

Handy recipes

  • Scanned double-sided pages in the wrong order? Scan fronts, then backs in reverse; add both PDFs, then drag pages to interleave.
  • Need a page to write on? Insert a blank page — it takes the size of the page before it.
  • Booklet or binder printing often needs a blank page to make the count even.
  • Only need a few pages? Extract pages by number is faster for long files.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. Everything happens with JavaScript inside your browser tab — the file is never uploaded, stored or seen by anyone. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads.

Can I combine pages from several PDFs?

Yes. Click Add PDF as many times as you like; the pages are labelled A1, B3… so you can tell which file each came from, and you can mix them in any order.

Does it work on touch screens?

Yes — drag the ⠿ grip at the top of a page card to move it. Keyboard users can focus the grip and press ← or →.

Will bookmarks and form fields survive?

Page content, text and links are kept. Document-level bookmarks (the outline) aren't carried over when pages are rearranged.
